All images and audio are stored for the sole benefit of the organization using Zonechek. Efficient Apps will not use, sell or distribute them.
The images and audio will be retained in azure based on the client's retention policy. Once stored the files cannot be altered by the client, nor can their datestamp be modified. This is to ensure that we can certify accurately when they were recorded.
Although the directory cannot be searched, and the file names are difficult to guess, the files themselves can be freely downloaded by anyone who has the correct name. Consequently we cannot guarantee privacy, but it is unlikely they will they will be found, and less likely they will be indexed.
Efficient Apps stores all client data securely in Microsoft Azure SQL Servers. This data can only be viewed by the client.
Efficient Apps will use the data in aggregate to provide all clients with statistical analysis and benchmarks.
Efficient Apps does not store any health data. It is only used in real time for live health monitoring if that option is enabled by the client for specific departments.
We provide a health dashboard to each client that allows them to monitor the activity, location, and available health indicators of remote workers to allow them to provide assistance promptly in the event of a health emergency.
Text messages are securely stored Microsoft Azure SQL Servers. This data can only be viewed or downloaded by the client.
Call recordings are available on request. Along with our per user enterprise subscription all call data including recordings is stored on HIPAA/HADS compliant servers.
zoneCHEK and commCHEK make use of paid cloud as well as paid and open source components and services.
